Default How often do you have nightmares?

I never have nightmares. Kinda freaky though, in my old house, if I fell asleep facing the wall, I would have a nightmare.

It's been at least a decade since I've had a nightmare. Probably closer to two.

I have them about every 3 or 4 nights. About once a month I am scared to sleep...

It has gotten better the further away from the events I get. I know a couple folks who cant hardly function at all.

One of the reasons I have invested my small amount of money on Blu is so I have something to do late nights when there is no TV.

Almost never. When I do have them, it takes a whole day to shake off the effects.

Not really about nightmares, more dreams in general, but I find that if I say "I will remember my dream" out loud before I go to sleep, I can actually remember my dream for longer the next day. Sounds crazy, I know, but it actually works for me.

I just started taking Chantix again to quit smoking. That and nicotine patches give you the worst & most vivid nightmares ever.

I used to have nighmares all the time. It seems like they've gone away now. Or at least I think that I thought they are gone.

I kind of enjoy my less horrific nightmares. A number of them has been me running from people for some reason. It's great how I always stayed a step ahead.

lucid dreaming is fun. ive tried it a while ago. You may actually be able to recall a dream that was like this.

Most of my dreams are similar. Gary Collins caught up to me once though...
