Default Anyone running Vista/XP on a Macbook with bootcamp?

If so, how do you like it? Performance, stability wise.

and.. What do you have?

I have been wanting to get a Macbook, but due to business reasons and software compability issues, I been holding off until recently that I was told I could run 2 OS with no problem at all and stability and performance is just as good if not better.

However, I have also heard stories about boot camp not working and the screen would just freeze at startup.

Its mixed response I got and I am just not used to the idea. Then again, I'm not a comp engineer.

I use boot camp on an imac with no errors. Remember, you can also use a VM to run windows within OS X that is practically seamless.

I have seen that in work quite awhile back at a friends house. I have just always been suspicious in how that works.

Was just taking my iPod for repair (AGAIN for the 4thor 5th time in the last 2 years), The Macbook Thin air is really thin and light. Pretty good for travel, so I am thinking about it.

My 5 year old Gateway laptop is about to die on me soon... I think...

I am running XP on my '06 Core duo Imac with no issues. Only problem is remembering the correct key combos for windows stuff on the mac keyboard. Seems to run fine though.

I have XP on my Macbook Pro with VMware Fusion. It works good, but I only have one program on the Windows portion.
