question about Uncharted??? - Blu-ray Forum

I am intrested in a game for my ps3 and I know that uncharted is suppsed to be pretty good as well as metal gear solid 4. I have call of duty 4 and have metal gear but was wondering if uncharted is worth the money?

Definately worth the money loved the game, Sony announced that some how it was suppose to Implemented with home not sure how yet though... but yeah good game, very good story, good graphics..

I see that others in the thread have not been very forthcoming about how great the game is, so I will tell you that ... yes you must buy it.

I LOVED Uncharted! It is a GREAT game! Definitely worth the money. Beautiful graphics, fun game play, lots of replay value, great story, excellent characters, I give this a 9 or 10, because I think it should have been longer.
I also used this to practice the 1st person and over-the-shoulder shooting for MGS4 before it came out. It really helped.

Uncharted is still one of my favorite games for any system ever - and I've been playing video games since the Atari 2600 days

So yes, I consider it a must-buy!

I can't wait for Naughty Dog to come out with the sequel.

Great game, but you can beat it in a week if you rent it, and I'm not sold on it having any sort of replayability.

Just rent it.
After you beat it, there is really no replay value, except on finding 'treasures'

i played the demo and you guys may be shocked. I didnt like it. The visuals were amazing it is just not for me. My main problem was the shooting, but im not a hardcore gamer so maybe I just suck haha

I got the demo and at first, I thought it was too hard also. However, I decided to try it on easy and soon learned what I was doing wrong. I tried it again on normal and really started to like it. I am very glad I got the game.
However if you don't like 3rd person shooters, you won't like this.
I thought it was great myself, but to each his own.

Yeah same here i didnt think much of the demo and as result didnt go straight out and buy it. It was only after the reveiws came out and everyone was raving about it did i decide to give it a go and im so glad i did. You will really be missing out if you over look uncharted,like someone else said try renting it.
