J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek" Casting - Blu-ray Forum

After checking out the casting for this film I was floored at how well they matched the current crop of actors to their original series counterparts. I am not a "Trekkie," but I am definitely looking forward to J.J. Abrams' vision.

Chris Pine as James T. Kirk

Zachary Quinto as Spock

Karl Urban as Bones

Simon Pegg as Scotty

Zoe Saldana as Uhura

John Cho as Sulu

Anton Yelchin as Chekov

Bruce Greenwood as Pike

yeah they had to push it back to summer 09 for some reason.
