Help Needed: XML Related

So I've quickly fallen in love with Google Personal Homepage, but I hate the fact that no one has uploaded a good listing for Blu-ray titles. I've been working on this for a few hours, and I seem to be stuck. Here is what I'm trying to do:

I want two tabs inside the Gadget (that is what Google calls their XML implemented widgets). One tab for "New Releases" and one tab for "Coming Soon". In each tab, I want it to load a feed which will display the date and the corresponding titles under it.

Unfortunately, I think the base I used was too complex for what I needed to do, so I'm thinking about starting over. Any help on doing this would be greatly appreciated.
