ok here's the deal, i bought some polk rm6750's from circuit city last week for $299.00 + tax. this week they are only $199.00 at frys. now here is circuits price guarantee......"unbeatable price guarantee
If you see a lower advertised price from another local store with the same item in stock, we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. Plus, if you see a lower advertised price within 30 days of your purchase from us, we'll refund 100% of the difference." now my question is, do i get a price adjustment to $199.00 + 10% or do i get that plus a refund of a hundred dollars.

good luck - my CC has told me repeatedly that "there is no way that those can be sold at that price" and refused a price adjustment / match

Keep your evidence, and report them to the BBB, you'll get responses that way! Either that or small claims court.

Taking circuit city to small claims court would never work..

I filed too complaints , one against verizon and the other against chase...got results after I was told they wouldnt via the phone

Verizon blows, only reason I even have their service is cuz of the damn ringback tones.
