I just came across this, thought I would post it for anyone interested. It's a lifesaver for me. Converts most formats into PS3 viewable formats that can be stored on your HD.

I've been using this program for the PSP for over a year now - it is the best freeware out there.

I used this program, it works great converting, but when I put it on my PS3 to play, it just freezes a black screen and doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?

OK, so this may be a dumb question...

I use PSPvideo9 for my PSP all the time. I downloaded PS3video9 and see it is essentailly the same program. However, is there an easier way to send a file from my comuter to the PS3 without having to use a PSP w/ memory card as a go-between?

I can't do it wirelessly that I know of (at least yet)...guess a long USB cord might do the trick, but my computer isn't that close to my PS3.

Any USB flash drive will work. I just copied the movies onto a 2GB flash drive and plugged it into one of the PS3 USB ports. Worked fine for me.
