I am new to the world of DVD's/Blu-Ray disk's. If I understand things I have been reading over the last 48 hrs, all of the major Digital Medium programs will be discontinued and replaced by Blu-Ray format.
A couple of questions if the above premise if true. How do I get ahead of the curve? I certantly do not want to spend the money on a DVD player (I am on a very limted income) that will become obsolete in a matter of months. If I purchase a Blu-Ray player, will it work for my computer as well as my TV? I have 2 old 19 inch TV's-No V chips, no parental control, no HD. Budgetary restrictions prohibt any upgrades in that respect. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Christo Th |
