Default 10000 B.C. Sucks

I just got back from the premiere here in Hollywood. Thats two hours of my life I'll never get back.

The story isn't developed as well as it should be.

Script sux

Acting sux

The action scenes are kinda cool. But you've seen some form of them in other movies.

That is all. I'm tired and going to bed. Just trust me when I say this sux.

Don't even get me started about Cloverfield..

As much as I hated the Blair Witch Project, I'm sure I'm really not into movies where some dork is running around with a camera screaming for his life

Hang on, you're saying that the latest film by the guy that did Godzilla, Day After Tomorrow, Independence Day and Universal Soldier sucked?

NO.

****ING.

WAY!

Emmerich hasn't made a decent film in his life, why would he start now?

How did you expect anything different?

Again, what you were expecting from a film set in 10,000 B.C. where ancient human civilizations speak English and look like they just came off a Gucci runway (to say the least)?

Then you can take solace in the fact that you should like this film too.

Wow, that doesn't seem to worry hoards of Star Trek fans where every species in the ****ing universe speaks english. Oh I know they tried coming up with some week assed international language translator doohickey but that only took then like what , 30 years to come up with that idea to explain it...

And were you around 10000 BC? No? Didn't think so. So why do people seem to be experts on how they should be represented?... If they did it more evolution-religion ideal on how they were, they'd have a hard time selling a movie about degenerate animal looking neanderthal ugly ****sticks running about. Doesn't have much box office pull when the most aethetically pleasing sight in the film is a sabre tooth tiger. People would be rooting for the tiger to kill all the ugly humanoids

And I don't hear anyone whining about Racquel Welch in the original either....

Thanks for the heads up, I was waiting for this one. I just hope that Ironman and Batman are good or it's going to be a bad movie year for me.

I got free passes to a preview last night and didn't bother going. I had already heard from multiple sources that it was pretty bad.
