Unfortunately, this title has been pulled from release schedule by Studio Canal.

I will keep this thread updated if it gets a new release date.

I was afraid of this. The US release that was originally scheduled got pulled as well.

I wouldn't worry too much, it will most likely just be released at a later time in the year

WTF is happening?They pulled The Crying Game too.Fck!One of my most wanted BD titles.Grrrrrr!
Speaking of SC,Simba can u ask them about possible The Wicker Man (original,offcourse)?

I have never contacted Studio Canal before, but have sent an email off asking them about The Wicker Man and will of course post if I get anything back from them about it

I know they are going to release three Hammer flicks soon,so i wonder whats holding back BD release of (argubly) best British horror of all time.Some technical problems or they are simply waiting for perfect timing - like next year 40th anniversary

I would not recommend to blind buy, it is not that good to be owned. It is so-so movie. Not on the same level as other De Niro gangsta-classics...

I disagree. It is a very good film, while I may agree that it is not on the same level as some of other DeNiro's gangster films, this is an excellent movie, and if it is ever released will definitely have a home in my collection.
