Has anybody heard anything about a possible blu-ray release of the Fast and the Furious trilogy? I love these movies and would love to see them go blu.

I haven't heard anything official, but with the new movie coming out next year, it seems logical that there will be a Blu release along a DVD reissue to hype up the new movie. It's hard to say if the studio would do all 3, but the original at minimum is a pretty safe bet.

The reason I went blu was for this movie. I really hope it comes out soon.

we probably wont even hear anything about a blu-ray release until we know more about the 4th one or even make it into a 4 pack with all 4 movies and probably could buy them seperate

the first one with lossless audio would be sweet, and since the 4th one coming out has the same characters from the first one, maybe it will come out beforehand

i didn't like the 2nd movie as much as the other 2. the first was definately the best.

I still think these films will be out this year, they came out pretty early in the life cycle of HD DVD.

Nope, we all know WB has the most movie for one studio, so don't expect most of the movie comes out this year, also WB is improve their transfer unlike before just rush them out, which result issue.

Yeah, we'll probably have to wait until the new one is released to see them.

I'd say we'll definitely get the first one around the time the 4th installment hits theatres.

A friend of mine told me that the 4th one was coming next year, since Vin Desiel was in Tokyo Drift I suspected that he would be in the next one. Will the guy from TD be in 4? That would be cool to have Brian,Shaun and Vin all in one.

The new one will have all four of the main characters back from the first one, and it's a sequel to the first two, and a prequel to the 3rd, so the guy from Tokyo Drift won't be in it, but the character that plays Han who

yeah love those movies and cant wait for the next one in 2009. all of them ESPECIALLY Tokyo Drift would look awesome on Blu.
