Default Where's Legacy Of Kain?

Come on Eidos! Where is it?

Has there been ANY news on a next-gen of this game? I've played all my old ones at least 5 times over. Does anyone else love this series as much as I do?

I loved the series but a new game seems unlikely.
Amy Hening, the writer of the the series has left Crystal Dynamics for Naughty Dog. Most of the Kain team has either moved on to other games or other companies. Also, Tony Jay, the voice of the Elder God passed away. I couldn't imagine anyone else playing that role.

I would love to see a new game in the series but I won't hold my breath.

I only really liked the first Kain game (by Silicon Knights)... the ones after that were only enjoyable because of the nostalgia factor.

Kain is such an awesome character... I wish the IP was properly handled. The Eidos games kept getting worse -- I never got into the soul reaver games... I liked playing Kain too much. I did enjoy Blood Omen 2: LOK the most outside of the first one.

I may have to check out LoK: Defiance, as I never tried that one.

Soul Reaver 1 was probably the best of the 3 soul reaver game. 2 was fun, but incredibly short. Defiance very fun, and they did a good job with the dual stories. but, the puzzles were no where near as challening, which is was i what loved about SR 1.

I loved these games too. One of the most cerebral games I have played.
