Default Should I buy this tv???

I'm interested in the Samsung LN46A550
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1202649424693

I can get it for 1200 new. My only reservation is that its it has 60 Hz Refresh Rate and not 120Hz. Other than that its got great reviews every where I've looked.
Just wanted the general consensus before I drop the dough, anyone got any experience with this model?
Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I have that model's predecessor - the 4061. I am very happy with the TV. It has good black levels for an LCD and you don't notice the motion blur except on slow panning scenes, which is to say not very much.

If you can get it for $1200, go for it! That's an incredible deal.

Some people love 120hz, some don't. If you've seen or have a TV with 120hz, go for it. Otherwise, beware the "fake" (I consider it hyper-realistic) look.

What you mean is beware the motion enhancers that commonly are associated with 120hz tvs. This misconception that 120hz=soap opera effect needs to be cleared up. 120hz is simply the refresh rate of the tv. The higher refresh rate is supposed to help with blurring, but it alone doesn't cause that "smooth" look.

I can also get a good deal on the SAMSUNG LN-T4661F 46" for about 200 less. My questions is, whats the difference between the two?

personaly id go with a samsung they have better all around picture quality. About the 120hz thing i have a sony xbr4 and i love the motion enhancer it adds to the viewing experiance. In deed as was stated in the post above 120hz is a love hate thing you either love it or hate it, so unless you know for sure you like it get a tv with it or its just gonna be a waste of money. So i advise go to a store and watch a tv with its 120hz for 15-20mins to see if you like it.
