I tried to get approved for this auction...unfortunately, even though I have a passport, I don't have a valid visa for Australia standing...and apparently, they are hard to get right now...

...bummer....would have been sweet having a backup life incase this one goes rotten on me...

That's pretty crazy. So he's just gonna take the money he earns from basically selling everything he owns and start somewhere new? For the price it's going for it doesn't seem too bad. It says the house is payed off so you don't have a mortgage.
