Default Cheapest stores to buy a NEW RELEASE blu-ray??

I am looking to buy SHUTTER on blu-ray when it comes out tomorrow. I saw it, im one of the few who liked it so lets leave it at that. So any idea as to what store would have the blu-ray at the cheapest price??

I was thinking Target or Best buy???

Depends what you have near you and, yeah BB is generally not horrible but, Fry's sometimes ends up the best price. Problem with Costco is they don't carry everything. My local Costco has almost no blu-ray and what they do have is ridiculously priced. I'd still look in the weekly ADs as BB always matches prices.

I would have to say Best Buy, Costco, or Amazon.com.

if going online, Amazon.com or tower.com would be the way to go. If it was in-store, I would try Wal-Mart or Fry's. I would avoid Best-Buy just because they will usually sell no new releases below 29.99(most at 34.99) but Fry's likes to throw out some low prices even on new releases.

I will just try target then. I refuse to shop at wal-mart though...hopefully I won't have to explain why

If you have them, try Costco. If not, Wal-Mart. At Costco I see the same prices as Amazon for new releases - i.e., $27 for Fox titles, $24 for Buena Vista, etc.

i would try online as everyone else has said. i don't buy online, but the reason i echo other's suggestion is because target and walmart are horribly expensive. i was just at target the other day and i didn't see any blu-ray's for under $20. i didn't even see any for under $25. not any of the good ones anyway. most likely shutter will be about $25-$30 at target. and at walmart as well. plus walmart's selection is suckass.

Best Buy is a complete JOKE with their new Blu.

I can't believe them sometimes.

I find BRAND NEW Blu on ebay that are 25 dollars less then Best Buy most of the time.

It's really upsetting, because Best Buy day used to be one of the highlights of my week.

$10?! You mean catalogs, right? If you mean new releases, I might go crazy here.

Best Buy or (Short)Circuit City.
Sometimes one has a BD for a couple dollars cheaper than the other.

Here, CC and BB are just across the freeway from each other so distance for me is within 1/4 mile.

Looks like BB - CC - and Frys are all $29.99

If You want to lok online, use either Deep Discount.com, Overstock.com, and Amazon.com. All of them have sales and I got I am Legend cheaper on Blu Ray off Amazon then the regular dvd.

Going back to the OP I trust BB because they do price match, and the one near my house has a huge selection and always has new releases. But as to the best price, I look at the adds cuz each store varies.
