Default The Remaining Spielberg Back Catalog?

After the flurry of major Spielberg releases at the back end of 2012 and into 2013, there seems to be no movement in getting the remainder of his filmography onto Blu-ray, so has anyone heard anything about the status of Spielberg' s currently unavailable films and when they might be coming to high definition. As you'll see there are many reasons why each of the following really need an upgrade. DUEL - the DVD is not in the original 1.33:1 tv ratio. SUGARLAND EXPRESS- only available on DVD with two-channel audio. 1941 - DVD is non-anamorphic widescreen at least in Region 1. ALWAYS - again, the DVD is non-anamorphic with only two-channel audio. AMISTAD - the subtitles are screwed up on the DVD, and the DTS sound edition is now out of circulation. THE TERMINAL - the special features were only released in a box set which is long out of print. MUNICH - same here, the box set with the special features is now out of print. So has anyone any more information as to when any of these movies will make it to Blu-ray?
