I recently got "The Eye" from netflix but my PS3 wont play it....

is there any known issues about this or maybe I just got a faulty disc? The disc looks clean.

It played fine on my PS3 and I haven't heard of anyone experiencing any issues with it playing on their PS3.

that because ur playstation 3 cant "SEE" ..

its going blind,, it needs a new eye

It played perfectly fine on my PS3 as well. A tip with Netflix discs though, I've had a few discs from them and Blockbuster online that get a very tiny crack in the ring of the disc during shipping. It's extremely hard to notice at first but it'll prevent the whole disc from playing.

No problems here either, I had it earlier this week. But I have had problems with a couple of their discs. The replacements they send worked just fine though.

I didnt know if there was some firmware type update needed that I should plug my PS3 into my network for....

I had an issue with a disk not playing from netflix. Couldnt really see anything wrong with the disk, they sent me a new one and it worked. most likely the disk...
