For a 700 dollar sub it looks like a great little investment the room it would go in is 25 ft long 14 ft wide and 8 ft ceiling
350 sq feet / 2800 cubic feet is my room big enough and please some general feed back on the sub itself

Did they raise the price on it? I thought it was $599...

Oh, and feedback. Probably the best sub will find at that price point.

I could have swore I was looking at it on there like a month ago for $599.00....

Yeah, it is listed at $599.00 on Craigsub list. They jacked up the price.

I think they adjusted accordingly to account for gas prices!

They raised the price about 3 weeks ago. If you can afford it, it's worth it at $700. Hell, it's probably worth it at $1300.
