On many BDs I own, you are able to choose if you want to hear uncompressed audio.
My question.... Why would you ever choose not to hear uncompressed audio? What is the point of even having the other option? I've also noticed that the default audio setting is the compressed audio. If I want to hear uncompressed, I have to go to the menu and select it. Why is this? Is my HDTV not meant for uncompressed audio or something? (Note: I don't have surround sound or anything. I use the TV speakers only) Last edited by Cinemaddict; 07-14-2008 at 02:34 AM. |
