Are you sure they are only valid in the U.S.

the blu-rays i received from amazon.com say: "up to 10.50 ticket value at participating theaters. Offer valid only with purchase of this mgm dvd. While supplies last. Valid in US only. Void where prohibited. Restrictions apply."

i know this because I bought dr. no in canada separately, and it said what your copy said above
