my samsung BD-p1000 freezes! - Blu-ray Forum

can someone tell me how i can fix this do i have to do a firmware update is it my laser lens i checked all my blu-ray discs none of them are scratched i already have this player for 3 months and already issues! cant belive it! anybody have an answer? i dont want to send it back to circut city becuase those guys dont know alot
