is the full OVA available anywhere on blu?

I see the Gunbuster vs Die Buster release buts its only the heavily edited versions.

I could see Discotek eventually picking up Gunbuster for a sub-only BD, since they licence-rescued Diebuster from Bandai earlier this year.

edit sorry for bumping dead thread, i only normally find threads from links on movies/shows etc. releases pages on the main site rather than browsing forums, clicking one step back to the anime section now though i see there's a whole thread dedicated to discotek releases with lots of discussion on this already, i didn't realise

Agreed. I'd just as soon not pay a mandatory $TEXAS extra for a stupid piece of sheet metal when a standard BD case would serve just as well.

Steelbooks get dinged up and smudged. Not a fan myself.

Glad to finally have this on the horizon. I wonder if Diebuster will get a Blu-ray.
