Monk and Psych return to TV - Blu-ray Forum

In case anyone is interested, these two shows have their season premieres on the USA Network tonight.

On Monk, Hector Elizondo takes over for Stanley Kamel, who died this past April. He plays Monk's new therapist, Dr. Neven Bell.

On Psych, Cybill Shepherd appears as Shawn's mom.

Monk is a good show.. i hardly ever watch it though, i didnt think they were still making episodes

Tony Shalhoub is a good actor

Actually, tonight's episode wasn't bad at all. Every time I think the show is finished, they manage to prove me wrong.

Psych was also good. It picked up where the season finale ended and there was some background on Shawn's mom and his family history in general.

I thought that tonight's Monk was very good. I was worried that the Monk character would be allowed to fall to pieces with the loss of Stanley Kamel , but the transition was handled about as well and respectfully as possible.
