Default Update Disc?!
Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I won't be posting here long. I just need some help.

Back in January, I bought a BDP-S300. Yesterday, I got Batman Begins on Blu-ray. I put it in, and the disc just won't play. So, I guess I needed an update.

I get the update, had a hell of a time trying to figure out how to open it. Every time I tried, it kept saying "Windows Can't Open This File".

Finally, I somehow got the instructions, and it says to insert the update disc.

Update Disc?! Was I supposed to get one with my player...because I didn't.

Someone please help.
