Adjusting V and H position - Blu-ray Forum

So I finally got the cajones to go into the service menu of my set (Samsung HL-S-6187w and disable the overscanning. Now I need to adjust my vertical and horizontal positioning, which I've found the setting for, but I don't know how to adjust it. I've got the DVE disc with the overscan/sharpness pattern, but I don't want to adjust the setting in the service menu without knowing how to use the pattern. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

watch the explanation on the disc of the pattern... basically the numbers on the lines are the percentage of overscan.... ideally you should have 0 overscan on every side... but yeah watch the disc, it explains it
