A couple of you are idiots.
Degeneration has nothing to do with the movies, it is an animated movie that follows characters from the game and stays closer to the game.
It is not a sequel or a prequel or anything else to do with the movies.
Everyone that is so quick to boost their post count and judge has not even looked at what is own their own RE:A disks...because I mean of course if you were going to jump in a post to judge an RE movie you would of course have bought RE:A right?

Yeah i own the trilogy...I didnt watch the cg crap....i watched the movie because thats what i bought the box set for...A CG movie for resident evil that stays close to the game is just something to pacify the gaymers that complain about how the movie isnt like the game....Which im glad its not like the game and thats the reason it sold millions for all three movies.

I'm not quick to judge...a CG movie is pointless unless its something like cars or shrek...

I guarandamtee this movie doesnt make half of the money any of the REAL resident evil movies made. Its a waste of time..And they need to focus and make a 4th movie.

I agree. A bunch of idiots here. The RE films had nothing to do with the RE storyline as developed by the game. Very few original game fans enjoy the films due to it having so little to do with RE.

This upcoming animated film is produced by Capcom, the creators behind the RE game franchise and the story will be incorporated into the game's canon.

I hate the American RE films so much. It should have just been named something else.

TMNT is a CG movie and that made over 24 million in its first week in the USA.
Just because something makes pots of cash does not mean its any good or portrays the games in a good light. Street Fighter the movie made nearly 100 million worldwide and that sucked. The animated street fighter movies are far better.
