Default Do you remove the move before or after

Do you take the movie out of the player and put it back before you watch the next movie, or do you take the movie out right after your done watching it?

I leave the movie in until I want to watch another movie, then I put it in it's case.

I take the movie out immediately after watching it, and I put it back in the case. I just prefer to do it that..

Used to be lazy about this and let the movie in but with my Blurays I always removed them right after I finished watching them

Im surprised there isnt a similar thread right now asking if people center their disc in the case so the Title is perfectly aligned in the case. Oh wait and then you take a Q-Tip and gently wipe down each case for dust and then lube up the hinge just in case

And wear surgical gloves when opening the case to ensure no fingerprints on the case or on the disk. Then dispose of the gloves for proper contaminent free disk handling.

This is a personal question, and I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't try to be all up in my personal buisiness!

And pray tell, what's wrong with that? If you're going to do it, then do it right, leaving the title tilted is just unacceptable.

Or as they say in fastidious lane : a little tilted title is a title tilted a little.

Since the war is over seem that we are running out of thread topics here...

I look at it and then store it.

Yes, my exact feelings as well. Man, sometimes I check the threads and there is NOTHING out there. Oh, the glory days of the Blu War !

I take it out of the player right away and burn it. Less evidence that way.

Depends... if I'm going to bed, then I just turn off the player and pass out.

Usually, there is a steady stream of movies playing so it is a constant one after the other after the other..

I keep movies on all the time so I'd say...on a weekday...about 5 or 6 movies get played a day unless I'm not home. They keep me company.

By the way...does anyone know what ever came of that technologically outdated multi change Blu-ray media tower that Sony put out??

I always store it. Even in the "off" position I feel there may be residual "stand by" heat generated by the player. I fear prolonged exposure to heat may hasten the disc yellowing or even delaminating. (Layers coming apart.) Discs come in a storage case for a reason!
