Resident Evil Degeneration

Capcom has released a brand new trailer for its upcoming CGI motion picture, Resident Evil: Degeneration.

Due out on Blu-ray later this year, Degeneration takes place approximately seven years after the destruction of Raccoon City (depicted in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis), and sees the return of series veterans Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy, as they attempt to contain an outbreak of the T-virus at an unknown airport somewhere in North America.

Wish it was a game...

The new Resident Evil games should be titled something else, as the stories struggle to make any connection whatsoever to the franchise.

Except for the movies. Apocalypse and Extinction made plenty sense.
