your keyboard should have a Print Screen or PrtScrn or something similar button... then paste it into paint or photoshop

There is a screen capture utility called Print Screen that you can download for free. Great little program.

EDIT: Note, some things will not allow you to take a screen shot - like a Blu-ray playing.
All you will get is a blank/black screen.

There is a way, but I can't tell you here as it is considered "illegal".
