Question of new member on Region code - Blu-ray Forum

First i'm very impresed from this Blu-ray.
Iam not yang but here I'm green new, So forgive me for asking:

I was looking for "A Room with a View (Blu-ray)" here, and it designated as - "region free code", so I cliked to buy it, and was tranferd directky to amazon, and in amazon it Designated As "Region 1, US and Canada only".

How Come?

Caution : this tittle had some very very bad technical reviews.

i am a fan of that movie, but i wouldn't buy this release.
