Default Hd-dvd Sellapalooza!

I checked amazon.com when I first heard word of toshiba throwing in the towel. There was 13 used A2 players for sale (Marketplace sellers). I just checked again...278. lol, and I'm sure that number will increase rapidly!

Yeah, eventually I'll get one of the 1080p models and use it as an upconverter so I don't ware my PS3 down.

Not a bad idea, would it be better than using a standard upconverting DVD player? I have a Harman Kardon Upconverting DVD player that came with my surround sound.

I just looked at the A3 on Amazon and see sellers selling new for $86, and used for $65

then check out eBay... over a thousand HD DVD players at one stage today.

Think I might suggest an additional domain name - hddvd.ebay.com

I'm pretty sure it would be better than a standard upconverter.
