Default New Here Need Advice !

Hi everyone im new here and i recently got a PS3 and am barely getting into the whole blu-ray craze lol i currently run my ps3 off an HDMI cable to a Sony KDF-E50A10 at 1080i. The advice i need is what would be the best setting for my tv to enjoy the best picture possible ? ( kinda asking fellow KDF-E50A10 owners ) Also what are the best PS3 settings to get the best picture with games as well as DVd's and Blu-Ray's ? any advice would help Thanks !

I don't own either but from what I understand is that you need to set the PS3 to output 1080i, if your tv can process 1080p then set your PS3 to output 1080P. if the settings are off you can get a calibration dvd to make sure your tv is set to the best video settings, also the blu-ray casino royal has a calibration easter egg, when you get to the menu screen you press 7669 and enter on your remote and it should calibrate the settings for you. hope that helps.

Welcome, I hope you enjoy your stay.
