NCAA 2009 Stadium Sounds - Blu-ray Forum

I'm looking into adding a few sounds but haven't been able to find a decent free audio editor (need something that can capture streaming and possibly something to make music sound more like its at a stadium...). Any ideas would be helpful.

*while yes, I know you get what you pay for, I am a poor student teacher who has far exceeded the allowed personal purchases as of late :-D no way I'm getting my wife to sign off on some audio editing software at the moment*

Check out a program called Audacity. It's free and is a program I use to cut down clips to use as ringtones.
