ps3 freezing

Hello

I have a 80gb ps3 that i bought dec of 2007. I was trying to watch Lord of War blu-ray and it kept freezing at the menu. i tired live free die hard and it worked fine, i then watched v for vendetta the whole way without a hitch. so its def not the ps3. anyone else have a problem of a specific movie not working? I did play COD4 for 3 hrs before hand but that hasnt effected anything before. any help would be apprecaited.

yup, sorry forgot to mention that in the original post. not a single fingerprint or peice of dirt on there. i am thinking of emailing Fox and seeing if they can send me a replacement.

Its probably just a defective disc. Just go buy or rent another copy. I use to own Lord of War and had no problems.

i might have to make a trip out of blockbuster and make a quick swap.

update:

went to best buy today, bought another one and returned the problem disk. all is well now. i have no idea what happened, and i hope blu-ray disks dont have a 6 month shelf life.
