Harry has to sleep sometimes. Also magic isn't perfect, sneak up on him when he's not expecting it and snuff him out. I would put even odds on Jason being able to take Harry out. Jason was trained as an assassin, not as a person to walk out there and explain to Harry he was going to kill him. Don't underestimate the advantage of surprise.

You cannot take Potter's magic away. The point here is to pit those two against each other as they normally are, which is one with magic and the other with his killing knowledge.

Theoretically speaking, Harry would win because he could kill the other one with a magic trick, but then again Harry is not a killer in nature and Jason Bourne is not bad inside so I think they'd watch each other for a bit of time then would just not fight.

... on the other hand if Jason Bourne would want to kill Harry he could trick him into trusting him until he gets close enough then Bam, Harry being a simple teenager, would not stand a chance

WOW what a bizzarre matchup lol.

I think that they would both wind up offing each other in the process. Harry would get off his killing curse and with one final breather before dying Bourne would use a hidden to kill an unprepared Harry. Hmm I wonder if the killing curse could be stopped by kevlar body armor?

Harry would win. Bourne won't get close enough because of the magic.

Weird fight combination by the way. You have to stay with in the genre or else next you will be asking who would win between Jason Bourne and Optimus Prime lol.
