Pay Pal question - Blu-ray Forum

PAYPAL question. I just signed up for paypal. But it didn't verify my account because it said it made two small deposits into my account but nothing was ever deposited. However my credit card was added. So can I still use my credit card on ebay through paypal , even though my account wasn't verified?

I've been using Paypal for over 8 years and never verified my account...its ok.

It might take awhile for them to make the deposit. I've had a verified account for a long time and its actually not that bad. I think mine was old school and had like a pin number snail mailed to me.

I'm not sure if this is true, but will some sellers not send to you if your account is not verified? (eBay sellers I mean, I think I might've read this somewhere)

I think I've seen this stipulation somewhere too.

As JKWest has indicated though, it may not be a problem for you at all.

yea, the only problem is that if you want to buy on ebay, some sellers only want to sell to verify buyers.

just make sure you have a verified address, and only have them ship to that, you'll be fine then.
