BD-case-sized DVD cases

If you recall, the Ultimate Matrix Collection on HD-DVD had the movies in their standard red HDDVD cases, but the rest of the features came in a black case that was the same size as the HD-DVD/BD cases.

Does anyone know if they make standard DVD cases like that for retail? Or specifically, ones like that that can hold 4 or 5 discs? (Similar to the Blade Runner BD or the Die Hard Collection BD)

The reason I ask is because what I am thinking of doing is consolidating most of my TV show collections into smaller cases (like The Simpsons and Futurama) with my own packaging that I know are not going to be released in BD anytime OR won't actually be worth double dipping on Blu unless something gigantically signficant changes or is included in the BD release.
