Anything by Pixar. Cars, Ratatouille....
I also Suggest Blade Runner, Sunshine, I Am Legend, 3:10 to Yuma, 300, Troy & if you like the Pirates of the Carribean movies they look great.

The Pixar Movies (Cars and Ratatouille), Sunshine are probably 3 of the best I have seen as far as Picture quality and audio.

It really depends on what you're into movie wise, but quality wise some of the best I've found are: I, Robot, Rambo, Lost Season 3, Ratatouille (any Pixar film, really), Chronicles of Narnia, Hellboy.

There are tons of options, but you should specify what genres you're looking for.

The pixar movies are good to have. I also like Halloween and The Shining. While your at it Universal is doing an awesome job with the movies they are putting out so get the Mummy.

I strongly recommend that you take a look at some of the classic opera/ballet titles Opus Arte have released - La Cenerentola for example. These are amongst the best BR releases currently on the market.

Maybe not a must have as it's not for everyone but a should see...check out Sawariya, by far the best looking Blu-Ray I've seen so far. Easily up there with those already mentioned.
