So as of now theres no products that support these HDMI 1.3 specs for your tv?

I hear there are a few brand new Pioneer BD players that upscale color to take advantage of deep color.

Support is there but content (as in Blu-ray Disc) isn't.

Yeah, companies publish the 1.3 and 1.3a thing for lots of reasons. Some even go so far as to publish compatibility with some parts of a spec while not supporting it all.

Lies, damned lies, statistics, and marketing. These days, I'm inclined to include accounting and finance into that list.

So while the 1500 1.3 supports bitstreamed HD audio, it doesnt support deep color. what a bunch of $hit!
