Question Which new WWII movie are you most interested in?

Miracle at St. Anna-Spike Lee movie
Inglorious Bastards - Brad Pitt
Defiance - Daniel Craig
Good - Viggo Mortenson
Valkyrie - Tom Cruise
The Few - Micheal Mann
The Boy In the Striped Pajamas - Vera Farmiga, David Thewlis

You can click on the links for more info on the movie or the trailer itself. Help me out if I'm missing some that are coming in the near future. I didn't include Australia because that story takes place on the brink of WWII.

Defiance. Zwick usually crafts a good movie, and Daniel Craig, Jamie Bell, and Leiv Schreiber together as brothers seems like a fun little movie.

Well, I've never seen any of the new WWII movies mentioned above. And if I do see them, I'll pick Saving Private Ryan regardless.

Correct me if I am wrong, but is another Band of Brothers for the Pacific Theater being made?

My understanding is it's supposed to be in production.

I'm very curious to see Valkyrie after all the buzz I've heard around it plus the historical event of the attempted assassination of Hitler is interesting

Defiance looks pretty darn good.
I'm sure Inglorious Bastards will be interesting, but we'll have to wait and see...

I can't stand the trailer for Valkyrie... they definitely needed to pick a different actor. It looks like Tom Cruise playing .... Tom Cruise but with a German uniform on... seriously. No accent whatsoever.... I mean honestly... he's playing a guy named Claus von Stauffenberg... come on. I'm sure the movie itself and the production values will be spot on... but I can't stand Cruise in that role.

Inglorious Bastards hasn't even started shooting yet (I don't think The Few has either).
BTW, in your list why do you show some of the movies with their director and some with actor(s)?
(I'm not having a go at you, just wondering why )

Path of least resistance. Tried to pick the most recognizable to the general public (although that's debatable on a few)
