"Trapped" being shown on HD channel. Does it mean a blu ray is on the way?

The great kidnap thriller movie "Trapped" with Kevin Bacon,Charlize Theron and Dakota Fanning is being shown on HD channel and it looked pretty damn nice.

So does that mean a blu ray release is on the steps of being released?

i can't be the only one here that want this movie on blu ray. Do you guys think there is a chance now that its coming to blu now that it is being shown on HD channels?

If the movie is being shown on any TV channel in HD, that absolutely doesn't mean it will be released on Blu-Ray very soon.
From my experience, it means that you will have to wait for the movie on Blu-Ray even more.

Trapped is a Sony catalog title, and they've really slowed down with the catalog releases on BD. So I'm guessing probably not, unless it's one of the titles they let Image have.
