HDTV1080P Blu-ray Champion Top contributor Member since:Jan 2007 Blu-ray reviews: 205	PS3 Digital Video Recorder for the United States market? Has there been any official news about Sony releasing a USB ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuner for the United States market that would turn the PS3 into a digital video recorder? I see that consumers in Europe can use their PS3 as a DVR. This would be a popular feature for some people. Of course a TIVO or separate DVR would be better since if someone wants to play games or watch BLU-RAY movies they would most likely would not be able to record from the PS3 DVR at the same time.
