Stargate Continuum UK problem - Blu-ray Forum

I got received Stargate Continuum (UK version) from Amazon. It says I can get extra content by registering at the site, but the flyer inside the case doesn't have a registration code, it's just a white rectangle. For some reason, the code isn't printed on mine.

Anyone done this yet? Is it worth to register? I don't want to have to send my disc back just for this. Any idea who I should contact (Amazon or MGM) to get a code?

mine was missing code too but not really bothered cos not the biggest fan of extras.I've had another problem with codes of sort in the code to use my digital copy of What Happens in Vegas doesn't work!

Ive seen that before, I have had Disney movie codes some like that
