Default Johnny Depp Blu-rays

Anyone else want to encourage Miramax to get on the Blu train? (Waiting on Chocolat)

Default Hello Harley

I think Miramax is slow with certain movies... that's all. But if you disagree, that's cool. I listed a poll of a few fave Depp movies not because i'm waiting for them all on Blu-Ray; i just want to know who likes what.

I thought Depp was known for choosing to not be in huge films. I remember him catching a lot of crap for being in a big budget film like Pirates.

id say sweeney todd is my favorite of the 4. But you are forgetting From Hell. Which is one of his finest non-blockbuster performances IMO.

BLOW is a great non blockbuster as well.

Johnny Depp is a genius, i can't think of a movie where he didn't act outstanding,

my fav. Depp movies:

Pirates 1-3
Blow
Benny & joon
Edward Scissorhands
What's Eating Gilbert Grape

I really hope we see him in the next Sin City

I voted Sweeney Todd followed VERY closely by Sleepy Hollow. Never the less both are wonderful movies. I just really love Tim Burton's work and when you combine Tim and Depp you're guaranteed a masterpiece imo. But ya Tim's probably my second favorite director, beaten my Sir Ridley Scott and Depp is my 3rd favorite actor beaten by Nicholas Cage (#1) & Denzel Washington (#2).

Depp is awesome, though his later work seems to be shrouded with bigger smashes, i blame pirates, but dead man, fear and loathing, donnie brasco, blow - all class. then there's Ed Wood and did you ever see the film he starred in and directed called THE BRAVE? sh*t that was one good movie..

Of those, I chose "Sleepy Hollow." I really loved Tim Burton's angle on the film. Plus, it provided further proof that Casper Van Dien cannot act.
