what happens in vegas:is it just me?

or is the video quality on the deleted/extended scenes better than the film itself? the colors look more natural and the image quality is more what ive come to expect from 1080p films. the feature itself colors are often times way oversaturated and the picture at times looks mediocre. i wonder if it went through some video processing, that the cut out scenes did not, which screwed it up
