I already posted something like this a couple of months back in the off topic discussion (with the addition of which console they played first) but for me, it would probably have to be Columns for the Mega Drive/Genesis.

It was one of our first Atari Games.

Either of these: Pong, Combat, River Raid, Chopper Command, Stampede, or Kaboom! and Frogger

The first NES game was Super Mario Bros.

Pong was the first console game I ever played and then Duck Hunt or Super Mario Bros on NES.

But prior to those I played ASCII based BASIC games on an IBM XT. Either StarFlight or Ultima III was my first "real" game. Both on PC.
