If they screw me on my Mist blu- ray order I will be REALLY ****ed, it hasn't even shipped yet. Doesn't it come out next week?

Comes out September 16, they have messed up a lot of my orders. So I just ignore them now.

But do they have a track record of COMPLETING their orders.....like...ever? Should I be worried and need to buy something I already bought elsewhere.They have my money! And I heard that they, unlike Amazon, charge your CC BEFORE they ship your order. For that reason, and because of their recent price hike on titles, is why I'm NEVER shopping there again!
