Question XBR picture problem. Anyone come across this before?

A fellow boardmember from another site has a problem with his Sony XBR. Anyone seen this problem before?

ouch, that looks bad. I've never seen anything remotely like that on my XBR.

Assuming all his connections are tight, that looks like a damaged set.
