I like "Cars" but that's cos i like the movie a lot too, it just happens to work well as a show-off movie too.
There have been some great non-animated ones too, i just can't think of what they were. I think Vantage Point was ok, its just not the sort of movie that is watchable over and over. Look for movies that have an AVC encoding at about 35mbs or more. As long as they have good cinematography - and used good lighting and optics, you can't go wrong

I, Robot is a good one. Casino Royale is another. The ones BigLuvJason mentioned are good as well. Really depends on what you're looking for (i.e. do you care about the movie as well or just strictly PQ/AQ).

Edit: Yeah, Cars is great as well.

1. 2001 - great blu-ray both in pq/aq
2. 3:10 to Yuma - not sure why this movie doesn't get the love it deserves but its a 5/5 on both
3. I, Robot
4. Usual Suspects

enjoy!

Buy a few classics, including Godfather next week, and Close Encounters and Blade Runner. For newer material, Cars, Black Hawk Down, Transformers, and 3:10 to Yuma are all great.

The Usual Suspects is one of my favorite movies ever. But damn, from what I understand this disc only has trailers (or A trailer?) as the special features. Shame too since there's a special edition of the movie out on dvd. I don't even think they included the audio commentary?
