Default Sony Bravia KDL32W4000 Ghosting?

You may (probably not have :P) read a thread I had about stuck pixels before on this TV. I sent it back and got a replacement.

On this new TV, there seems to be ghosting, this wasn't present on the same TV that I had to send back due to the stuck pixels, should I get a replacement?

The ghosting occurs on the Xbox 360 Dashboard when using the centre button overlay, and when you go to the achievements section and go back, you can still see the outline of the boxes.

I think I also noticed it on WipEout HD in the menu, although im not sure if thats me being paranoid.

Try turning down your sharpness, see if that helps.

Turn down the contrast &/or britness some.. or also add a backlight, it helps fools the eyes

ghosting is a problem with CRT's & LCD's, nature of the beast.

sharpness setting is not going to do a thing for ghosting

When I changed the theme on the Xbox I can't see it anymore, ah well, I won't complain with that!

Thanks again.

FAQs on samsung website said to turn down the sharpness when it happened to me. IDK. Then it was gone.
